FAQs

How Do I Purchase a Course?

To purchase a course, head to the “All Courses” page. From here you’ll find all of the courses available to buy – click on the image or title to read more about the course.

Once you’ve decided on a course, click the “Add to Basket” button. You can then add more courses to your basket, and checkout when you’re satisfied with your selections. To checkout, click the shopping trolley icon on the right-hand side of the menu bar. If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be asked to login or register.

When you’ve completed the checkout process, you’ll be able to find the course(s) you’ve purchased on the “My Courses” page.

How Do I Start A Course?

Once you’ve purchased the relevant course, head to the “My Courses” page and click the “Start” button on the right-hand side.

How Do I Progress in a Course?

Our courses are divided into lessons to help break the content up into manageable chunks. Within each lesson you’ll find topics to help break the content down further.

To get started, click on the first lesson and then, once you’ve read the introductory text, click on the first topic. Click the “mark complete” button at the bottom of each page to progress through the course. You can also navigate through the course using the menu on the right-hand sidebar.

Do I Have to Complete Courses in One Go?

No. You can take your time and complete courses at different times, if you prefer. As you move through the course the system remembers your progress so you can pick up where you left off.

To continue a course you’ve already started, head to the “My Courses” page and click the “Resume” button on the right-hand side.

Can I Come Back to a Course Once I've Completed It?

Absolutely! You can revisit a course at any point – this may be particularly useful for the resources sections, as we will update these from time-to-time with new information.

What Are Groups?

Certain courses have dedicated groups setup so that you can share comments and queries with other people completing the relevant course for that group.

Groups are linked to specific courses, so if you start one of these courses you will automatically be added to the relevant group. To see the groups that you’re currently a member of, visit to the “My Groups” page.
